Hot Army Guy Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 inches fresh ginger

  • juice of 2 lemons

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • to taste: Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop ginger, then add water, ginger, lemon juice, honey and cayenne to a small post. Let boil for a few minutes then transfer to a tea pot.

  2. Add apple cider vinegar to a mug and add tea.

  3. Sip daily for a rockin' immune system!
