Hot Army Guy Tea
Ingredients
2 cups water
2 inches fresh ginger
juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
to taste: Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Finely chop ginger, then add water, ginger, lemon juice, honey and cayenne to a small post. Let boil for a few minutes then transfer to a tea pot.
Add apple cider vinegar to a mug and add tea.
Sip daily for a rockin' immune system!
