Pineapple Chicken (Slow Cooker)
Ingredients
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, minced
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/3 cup water
Instructions
Combine red onion, jalapeno, pineapple, sriracha, mustard, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and water in a bowl. Stir well.
Place chicken breast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour sauce mixture overtop.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
Shred the chicken and serve in tortillas, or on top of rice or your favourite salad!
