Sugar Cookie Dough Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 6 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

  • sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except for the sprinkles to a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix to combine until it comes together into a dough.

  3. Stir in sprinkles (optional).

  4. Let dough sit for a few minutes to thicken.

  5. Scoop with a cookie dough scoop or roll into balls.

  6. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy.
