Sugar Cookie Dough Protein Bites
Servings: 24 bites
Ingredients
1 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut flour
6 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for the sprinkles to a mixing bowl.
Mix to combine until it comes together into a dough.
Stir in sprinkles (optional).
Let dough sit for a few minutes to thicken.
Scoop with a cookie dough scoop or roll into balls.
Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy.
